Sadly, I believe it's impossible to wipe the bonus mission. Even starting a
new game doesn't do that. I'll let you know if I find a way, though.

A hundred years later, the war was intesifying.
"Did you acquire any intelligence, Corporal?" asked Lieutenant Green.
"I did, sir," replied Corporal Silver. "And I'm afraid it's not good news."
Green closed his eyes, and massaged his temples. "Go on."
"They've managed to acquire an old Mew device, as well as the mobile phone
attachment that allows Celebi downloads."
"For the first- and second-generation cartridges respectively?"
"That's right sir," said Silver.
"Then that only leaves one legendary. Manaphy."
"Ah."
"You ... have news regarding Manaphy?"
"You see, sir ..." And here, Silver began to stutter. "It's ... well,
Manaphy ... isn't available, sir."
"Not available, Corporal?" Lieutenant Green pointed towards the banner on
the wall. The banner had the army motto written on it; something in Latin,
translating loosely to "We Must Capture All Of Them".
"The Mew machines are still full," said Silver. "But ... the Manaphy eggs
came from a limited source."
"And what is this source?" Green's heart sank when he heard.
"Those Pokémon Ranger games."
"I KNEW they'd have something to do with it."
"Only one egg per game. Ever." Silver removed his hat and wiped his brow.
"They were mostly cleaned out centuries ago, and it seems the opposing
forces took the remained when the wars began."
"Then this has all been for nothing."
"No, sir. Not for nothing. You see ... there's one brand-new, sealed copy
of Pokémon Ranger remaining.
"And where is this copy?"
"It requires us to venture to the darkest jungle, and find an ancient relic.
Inside, there are three challenges to complete, and when we have ... the
game will be discovered."
"Great. When will you be leaving?"
"The team's ready to go at six-hundred hours tomorrow."
"Good man!" Green smiled encouragingly. "It's been an honour, Corporal."
