If there is one thing I can't stand with the default UI it is the
static quest log. Can't see all your quests at once, can't move the
window, etc. etc.
Any recommendations for a simple quest log mod that allows you to see
all your quests at once and then brings up the description when you
click on the quest title?
I've tried Monkey Quest but didn't like it and it did way to much for
what was needed. Party Quests from the Cosmos pack is pretty much what
I'm looking for, I just don't want all the Cosmos dependencies. I was
using Uberquest but it broke for some reason with the 2.0.3 patch.
I've recently switched to Fubar (from Titan) and the quest plugin for
that does provide the overview but not the functionality.

I was using UberQuest Reborn until yesterday's patch. It allowed you to
see all the quests in the questlog window, track all of your current
quests chosen (not just the 5 that BlizzardUI allows) and when in the
questlog window, selecting one of the quests brought up a seperate
window with the quest details.
the patch broke it, but hopefully it will be updated soon.

it's probably the same thing that broke extended quest log (EQL3)
Blizzard changed how a frame or whatever is handled. do a quick search
on EQL3 workaround, there was a simple way of fixing it to work before
they updated it themselves. involved adding an underscore in like 3

Yeah, the idiots at blizzard broken a function, but inserting a new
argument IN THE MIDDLE OF PREVIOUS ARGUMENTS. Compatibility is an alien

WoW freezes with mods when grouped - I have the following mods installed: EquipCompare 2.7 (just upgraded it to 2.8) SellValue 2.7 FastQuest 2.0 Telo's Infobar 1.4.0 PetFeedButton 1.3.8 (just upgraded it to 1.3.9) (comes with Zubanlib 0.1.2 -> upgraded to 0.2.0) PetFeedMod..
CT_Mod and a couple of problems - I use CT_Mod among a few others and I have two annoying problems with it.. Firstly I like having the bars at the bottom of the screen but I have to turn on both the blizzard bars and the CT_Mod bars or the 3rd utility bar (I.e. pet bar/druid..
installing mod - I am wanting to install the Minimap Coordinates Addon.. it came with 3 files and no instructions on how to install it. Can anyone tell me what DIR I need to put those files in? TIA |
