Q4: totally stuck at MCC landing site

Can anyone help?

I'm playing Quake 4 and I can't work out how to open the locked door at the
MCC landing site.

My squad just tell me to "open the door" but I can't see how to do this.

I've been searching for ages.

Is there a walkthrough for Q4? Or can someone tell me how to get past this
section?

At the closed door where you're squad is waiting, you can climb up the
supply crates to the ground above. There's then a hole in the ground that
you can climb through that puts you behind the locked door.


Beware: Once I got behind that door, there were two more doors behind it
that remained locked. I finally gave up and replayed the game from the last
checkpoint and then they unlocked themselves this second time through.
Obviously I hit a game glitch the first time.
