Q3offline and server commands

server messages - I'm running OSP, and want to have certain messages broadcast to all players at timed Like /say download maps at I've seen it done, I just can't figure out how to make it happen.

Setting up a server - Cna anyone point me in the right direction to set up a server for Q3A Demo. Just trying to have a little fun but it seems liek everytime I try to set up a server it doesn't show up under just LAN, no matter how many times I try it

Quake Server - Do they still have one? I just tried a game and I got some message similar to master server not found. My computer connects to the Internet just fine. TIA

Quake 3 server no longer ? - I finally back to Q3 and find no servers ? No more ?

No Response From Master Server - Hi,this is the error message i have been getting a lot i want to get to the bottom of why the hell it does is type is set to all,and show is on.Before i used to be able to fix this problem by

I have some custom maps and models.
Could some kind soul please tell me what commands I need to use to
allow a friend to automatically download these?

I think you need the "sv_maxrate" setting, put it too something like 25000
or 30000 (Q3 won't let you download faster then 30 kb/s anyway)
