Just curious. How is he now that the Punches are physical attacks?

Haven't got one, but rest assure - he'll be awful. The punches are only 75
base damage anyway, and only 'Zam's monstrous Special Attack helped him out
in the olden days.

If you want a Puncher, go with Medicham. As I mentioned elsewhere, its
Attack is pretty good, but it has the Pure Power ability that basically
doubles its Attack stat. Plus, once it's evolved, you can Heart Scale all
three punches onto it.

::sigh:: That sucks. But I will check out Medicham. Can he learn Psychic
too? I'm assuming we lose Recover though. Sad

Nope, Medicham learns Recover too. It can learn Psychic via TM, though it'd
do better with Psycho Cut owing to its enormous Attack stat. Psycho Cut's
the Psychic Slash, meaning it has a high chance of critical hitting.
