OK now the dumb question for the week.

Which way do the hatches on the PUMA open. Would make sense if they
opened forward shieding the crew but . . . have only one picture and it
doesn't look like the thing is visible (like might be lying flat behind
the crew?).

Can anyone set me straight on this?
