Does anyone use multiple player-profiles for ET? Are there any advantages?

I have a hard enough time keeping my config files clean across all the
different mod servers, let alone multiple profiles.

i'm confused with the multiple etconfigs! there's one in etmain and
another in etpro... more?

which ones do i edit? etmain for norml and etpro for etpro i guess..
but sometimes i change settings and they don't change in the game.

I put all my settings in an autoexec.cfg file. That way it runs every time
ET is started up, overriding whatever is in the cfg files for the mod it's
loading. Makes it much easier to keep keybinds consistent across all mods.
