Well...I was having trouble with the AI in the game wich kept quiting every 5
min so I decide to check it out on the webpage and I find theres an update so
I download it and tried to install it (by the way AoE II came with my
computer) but it wouldnt let me it only said "The retail version of Age of
Empires II is not installed on this system." I've tried to contact support by
mail but I don't know where my serial number is. I've also tried to contact
support with my computer manufacturer but I dont know where to ask about
products that came with the computer (I have a Sony Vaio PCV-RS422X) So how
am I suppose to fix the game?

no problem you need a 20 number id get a pen and paper gotin to single play
in ther you see a bannor that says age of empires to click it the informayion
on the gam i right there litterally hidden right in front of you hope you get
it fixed yes the AI with out the fix is not only lame but unbearbly weak but
you can play much better foe by clicking the game zone and sign up for live
action via the internet but if you have dsl you need to go here first and
open the required ports
