Problems with saved game

Thanks, I did have the beta patch, so I installed the 1.2.0416 one, but it
still does not work.

My first attempt at applying the patch didn't work either. I ended up
removing Oblivion completely, then installing Oblivion, Shivering Islands,
and then the patch. (Save the saved files somewhere else and copy them back
to the 'remade' saved files directory after reinstall)

By the way, you do know that you need to go back to the last good save and
start over from their. Once the saved file is corrupted, it's corrupted.
The patch only keeps new saves from being corrupted after it is installed.

Stay at it, the patch works.
