Problem with 4DTV receiver

I have a problem with my 4dtv receiver, on T6 when I go to channel 24 to ch.
1 and vice versa with the remote. It won't advance from 24 to 1. The other
satellites are O'K but not satellite T6. Does anyone have the same problem
or is it Motorola's fault? Do you see what I mean? I tried to explain the
4dtv problem the best I could. Thanks.

My 4dtv rec go to three wokie ch before geting to ch 1
