Okay, WTF have they done to this formerly brilliant game?

I quite like the change in format, though I would prefer they hadn't of
course but there you go. Wink

Firstly, what the hell have the done to the Drift mode? It's completely
different to the last version and now I can't play it at all. How the heck
do you control the car? (I use keyboard only, remember!)

I really wish they'd not think we're all brilliant players called Jeff Reid
who can handle anything ;-D (Hi Jeff!)

Seriously. I managed to get to the first "boss" (if you like) within a week.
That was (drift excepted) dairly easy. Now, however, I can't seem to get
anywhere on the Autopolis Sector Challenge; not to mention the Drag, which I
did before.

We all have the same car, yet the computer-controlled ones seem to glide
around every corner without even slowing down. How the hell are we supposed
to be them?

As usual the user manual is really lame so are there any 'fan' sites out
there that explain everything?

Thanks; and sorry for the rant!

Try casual mode, it slows down the AI.

Okay. I forgot about that. It does help.

My other problem is Drifting. I managed to get it done in Carbon but they've
gone and changed how it's done. Any tips or pointers would be appreciated
as, unless by sheer luck, I don't usually get in the top 5; usually way
lower Sad

RX7 seems to be the most popular for drifting.
I've never tried it with a keyboard though.
