Post subject: Prison Tycoon game

Installed Prison Tycoon for son and when he clicks on "run" an error message
appears - "Direct3D renderer creation error" Anyone know what this means and
how to correct it?

do you know when i look at the adapter thing what does it mean if they
all say unavailable??

If your system's video card is not up to the recommended
specifications for a game, you may encounter that issue.

Does the manual not say? Does the game manufacturer's website offer no tips?
Tried Google?

This is not a forum for how to play games (*especially* non-Microsoft ones),
it's for fixing problems installing or running them on Windows XP.

Damn dude, who pissed in your cherrios(tm) today?

Ineedhelp, you don't add prisoners they come to your prison over time
assuming you make a good prison.

That was a total guess, never played the game, but i'm sure it's just
like every other tycoon game out there.

Rollercoaster tycoon 2 - I have recently loaded rollercoaster tycoon onto my computer and after I have, I try to open it and it wont do anything. Running XP Home with SP2

got game to run - I have to say a big thank you to chris H for your help, I got part of the game to work. The CDrom has 2 games on it and one of them worked the other didnt. but the main game worked, Barbie as rapunzel, only the hotwheels game didnt work.

name of the game - hiya Dave B, the name of the game is Barbie as rapunzel/hotwheels by mattel. I have the barbie game running but the hotwheels part keeps saying will only run on windows 95.

solitaire game - At the end of the game, the cards shuffle very, very slowly; is there any way to speed up the shuffling process?

Can't get my new game to work. - Need help just got FEAR for my pc downloaded it just fine, no problems whatsoever. When I go to play the game it says video card doesn't meet the requirements what can I do. In the book it tells me to enable pixel doubling (where do I find that) ..
