The ilevel is a good guide...not always accurate but a good guide. Those
shoulders rock btw:)

I can't look at the items from work but when you compare them don't
forget to include the Primal Mooncloth set bonus of 5% in combat mana
regen that you'll lose by not using the shoulders. I guess the bonus
is worth less since the mana regen change - I know that I've not been
close to OOM in the few instances that I've done since the change.

The PM shoulders are level 105:

Like the others said, the main problem is losing the set bonus. Maybe
you can wait until you can upgrade more of yr PM set?
