Premade addons...

Not sure if this is the one you mean, but there is one I can think of
(can't remember the name) - it automates joining to AV at the same
time, so chances are that the group ends up in one instance. It does
not guarantee it though - so it's "semi-premade".

All it does is automates the following:

Raid Leader> 3
Raid Leader> 2
Raid Leader> 1
Raid Leader> 0
Raid Leader> Join AV now!

Blue posters stated on the forums that this is allowed (there is even
tip to do that on official site) and in 2.4 "Join as group" button for
AV is back.

Preform AV Enabler is the name of the addon that everyone on my realm
uses. Anytime there is an AV premade forming up, that mod is a
requirement. Which reminds me, I downloaded the addon but I forgot to
install it.

SmartQueue

If all players have the queue window open, they can automatically
sign up at the exact same time.

And they can join if all of them got the same X in the message
"you can join AV X", or decline if not.

There's another addon called Stinkyqueue, haven't used it so I'm not
sure of the functionality.
