The "peter chou" power supply does not "give the monitor power". It's
one of the large chrome ones with a fan in it right? A, you should not
run that pwr supply without anything connected to the 5v output....you
will damage it with no load. B, the monitor needs to be powered from an
isolation transformer (110v in, 110v out) to keep it off the AC line.
Use an arcade monitor without an isolation transformer and you *will*
smoke it. If the pwr supply has been powered from an isolation
transformer, that's bad. Monitor iso transformers are usually good for
about 2a, the pwr supply draws around 4 or so.

What game was this converted from? Sounds like a Konami ninja turtles
or MK type. Got a pic of the bottom inside of the cab?
