involving an acting vampire you control before range is chosen. Any
vampire may steal this location for his or her controller as a (D)
action.

Question: There is nothing preventing tapping Loquipment cards is
there?

I was pondering a loquipment deck with Marie Faucigny (-1 cost of non
weapon equip) with insurance Scam and it occured to me that PB:Sv with
General Perdifio defending it would be kinda nice.
