If you have construction pods orbiting a planet with no base, and you
then form a base there, they land on the base.
Even if orbital thrusters were on and you specifically did not want them
to.
This is rather annoying. Those pods were waiting to be picked up by
someone else. Is Host trying to be "helpful"?

That doesn't sound very helpful if it did something that you didn't
want it to. Of course your ally could have changed the settings if
you have allow commands on.

Then feel free to file a bug report. I have plenty of space left on
my hard drive.

I'm an idiot. I just ran a small test game - it didn't recur, because
this time I checked the orbital thrusters. Apparently they default OFF,
for some reason I assumed they defaulted to ON.

Wasn't this the ID-10-t issue rather than 40? >> Stay informed about: Pod bug |
