I've had no problems adjusting my lineup, you must make sure that you have a
valid line up though or you get a (very little) warning at the top of the
4-4-2 telling you what's wrong, eg no CB. You also need to make sure you
have your def/mid/for subs listed as well.
I've managed to change 6 or 7 players at a time in my starting lineup.
