Pizza Tycoon

Anyone know Pizza Tycoon?

I stumbled upon this newsgroup searching for an answer to a
question I have about Pizza Tycoon (didn't find one, as might be
obvious from posting about it here now). While IIRC the posts I
found were from 1999 or so, and the game was old even then, I
think it may still be worth a try, so here we go:

I'd like to know what you have to do to win the 'Pizza of the
Year' award. What kind of pizza do they want?

(And don't say "one that's tasty". I've tried all sorts of
things; trends, percentages of the hot/salty/... categories,
lots of stuff... But I don't even get to see the one that won,
so no hint on what is liked. Right now I'm guessing I have to
get the Appearance and Refinement right, but even with a number
of pizzas on my menu that turned out fine, I don't quite know
what gets the good points.)

I can also only guess what the jury members like (each of the
five categories, the first likes it fat, the fourth sweet, the
others apparently the other three; salty, hot, spicy), and I
have no idea how to best combine that so they're all happy.

The highest I got was around (or barely) 70 points. Not enough
to win.
