They're pretty fun actually.
I like to see the type of comments the animal says when he/she falls into
it.
The game is hilarious with that humor!
Usually I put them around someone who ripped me off in a trade or said some
out-of-pocket words to me in a conversation (usually the snooty characters
though not limited to them). Sometimes I just place 'em around anybody just
for kicks.
Hmmm I wonder if you can get Tortimer the mayor to fall into one of those...
I mean you know when he's walking around not in the wishing well area
sometimes.
I think it's best when you have more than one person in your house playing
in the same town.
You can bury it where they normally wouldn't see it & see how easily they
fall into the hole.
Then they can try to figure out who was the one who did it "You set that up
didn't you?" "Did you do that?"
And it can all be a good laugh had by all.
Animal Crossing sure is a goofy little game isn't it? So much fun. A
low-involvement type of fun. Simple little nonessential things to do which
have the potential to be really entertaining. Genius work putting this
together.
