Phantasy Star II insert plus etc.

My copy arrived today, but to my horror there was no insert.
I am looking for a spare or orphan, heck I would gladly take a scan.
Anyone willing to help? I am also willing to pay.

too good. I won PS II and PS III off the same guy for a total of $21.
PS III had everything (except the map) and PS II had everything (except
the insert)

Good enough still, but for RPGs I like them to be complete as possible.
I look forward to one day sitting down with these games. It's too bad
PS didn't come out on Genesis. If I played PS II without playing PS on
the SMS, will that affect my enjoyment any?

I have a complete absolute mint condition PS II with everything. Mint, never
opened map, hint book, perfect instructions. I will never part with it!
