What kind of things do Pelly or Phyllis say when your town is perfect?
They say right now that it's a great place to live and has come a long
way, and Phyllis has nothing negative to say about it. I've filled all
the perfection conditions, but the way the FAQ's talk, Pelly just
comes out and says "Your town is perfect". Anyone care to enlighten me
on this one?

And I withdraw this message Smile I just rechecked gamefaqs and noticed
there was a FAQ specifically for the Perfect Town "quest" and it says
that they will tell you "XXX has come a long way" when your town is
perfect. Just FYI in case anyone else was wondering...
