You find the common ones at Nook's shop and occasionally the villagers
bury them. Crazy Redd sells the uncommon ones, but you have to get
lucky, as he only has 3 items at a time.

I have found some uncommon ones at Nooks also. I have almost a full
compliment of paintings in my museum.
