I may not be a regular here by any stretch of the meaning, but I'm
interested in PSU and was wondering what versions you are all playing?

Originally I had decided on the 360 version bar none, simply because it
has the better HD support than what the PC version offers, as well as
PS2. Sega's poor PC support over the years have led me away from the PC
version (I could barely configure PSO:BB how I wanted it, and it
wouldn't even run in 1280x1024).

So my choices are between PS2 and 360. PSO/U has always felt like more
of a console title to me anyways. I think I would like to play with you
guys. But I do have an HD TV so the 360 version would look irrefutably
better on there. Thoughts?

Depends who you want to play with. I'll be getting the PC version
myself, and apparently the US servers for PSU are filling up nicely. I'm
not sure about the 360 version, sure it'll look nicer than the PS2
version, but I guess it's mostly down to who you want to play with, and
who you know locally with it and what they'll get. Probably best to
stick with the version guys you know are going to use.

the PC version seems to work nicely for a couple of stateside friends,
so it's definitely my choice, and if the controls feel "all wrong" it's
not hard to just plug a 360 controller in a usb port and fix that.

I'm more of a PC gamer nowadays, getting either console version would
require getting the console first.. last PSO I played properly was on
the Dreamcast. It seems the luxury of choice isn't all that great for ya ;(
