PSP Ridge Racer - Problems Joining Network Game

Hi All,

Anyone seen this before? I'm having problems joining a network game in
PSP Ridge Racer. I just can't see the games hosted by others, and if I
try hosting, they can't see me. I've tried switching the Ad-Hoc mode
from Automatic channel to specific channels, but it doesn't seem to
work.

I've got a US game, while they have EU versions, but that shouldn't
cause any problems...? Also, I have v2.5 PSP firmware - could this be
it?
