I've been dying for this post.

So much for Xbox360 sales skyrocketing after the tremendous display MS
had at E3. It's sad but comical. In reality, Xbox360 had a pretty
average showing at E3, it was just the Sony price announcement and DS3
debackle that got Xbots all worked up. In the end, as I predicted, no
one really cared about the Xflop360.

Xflop360 sales are really going to hurt once FFXII gets released.

Wow, how many PSPs have been sold? Even less than the XBox, because

Despite all the bleetings about the price difference, the ominous sign
for the xflop 3-shitty is that consoles of the next generation have
usually tended to immediately supplant the consoles of the previous
generation overwhelmingly, despite price differences, due to must-have
capabilities and titles. This is not happening for the xflop 3-shitty
and all indications are that it is losing momentum rapidly, to the
point there are now sporadic discount sales of premium packages at
Overstock.com, Walmart and Fry's. The discount sales don't last long, a
day or two here and there, but retailers are painfully aware that units
are not moving, now that deliveries are increasing. This is a true case
where shipping numbers do not mean sales numbers. The April blip was
totally due to the overhyping of Oblivion and GRAW and it showed titles
will sell boxes. But if the titles don't meet the overhyped hype, then
box sales quickly fall off. This is what has happened for the xflop
3-shitty and there are no strong titles for many months -- too little,
too late.
