PING: Jeanne/kat small lots

What I do is build several units/houses/apartments on a lot, but then
just play one of the set. Some examples are on MST2:

This approach gives the visual feel of a city. There is, however,
some "wasted" space.

I did place a long row of houses in a street to give that look, houses I
made with the lot shrinker but didn't intend to play. Still wastes space,
but it's reclaimable. The playable sim gets a smal detached on the the
end..

Those are nice houses though. They would look good.
