PCGen: Anyone made a "Favored Soul" class?

CMP had the license for WotC's closed content. I think Complete Divine
was enough before the license ended that they probably encoded that
book.

That version probably isn't be compatible with PCGen's OSS files, but
you could probably use it as a template for your own version.
