Okay. Here is what I need.
I'm working on research for my company. My question is the next: What PC game you could call the best game all times?
I need as much opinions as possible.

I feel Caesar was one of the best game I have played. The game is kind of a business skill game. It shows your skill in managing many things at the same time. Basically you are caesar and you have to build the city of rome. Build homes, factories, churches, military, trade centres etc. Too cool

It is quite lightweight game, and game play is cool, graphics is good.
