[PBeM Open] Tri-Stat SAS

I'm really impressed with the SAS sourcebooks GOO keeps putting out, so I
would like to start a game based in Empire City, in order to take advantage
of the phenomenal four-color setting they've created. I'm hoping to see
classic superhero types, reminiscent of Hal Jordan, Barry Allen, Clark Kent,
and similar Silver Age icons. If interested, please drop me a line with a
