Hi there,

Using a standard Judge server is there any way to find out if the other
playing in my game have submitted orders, or have SET WAIT enabled?

I'm trying to gauge when the next turn is likely to be enacted...

I don't think you can find out,
but the most simple rule anyway is:

Someone is always late.

LIST will provide the information. It won't tell you which power(s), but
will note whether "one or more powers have ..."
