That room in the Arcane University. I believe it is called the Orrery,
anyway, how do you get inside? It says it needs a key, but I can't
find one.

It is an add-on mod that you have to pay for. There is a quest to fix
the Orrery, which is broken. The mod is on the Knights of the Nine
disk, if you have a pc and are inclined to buy the collection of mods
Bethesda has put out.

You can also download the Orrery plug-in separately, as you can with
all of the official plug-ins, including Knights of the Nine, though
none are free downloads.
