Hey there.
I saw something strange at my local Goodwill thrift store the other
day, and haven't had any luck finding out what it was by looking on
Google and eBay.
It was an original Sony Playstation, (not smaller PSOne) but the case
of the system was textured clear plastic instead of grey, and the port
labels on the front and back were molded in, instead of painted on. It
still had the multicolored logo on top, but it didn't say "Sony" or
"Playstation", and there wasn't any sort of label on the bottom.
Anyone know what this might have been? A replacememnt case? A pirate
PSX clone? A prototype? Something I should have paid the $19.99 they
were asking for?
I looked through the 18 pages of PSX systems for sale on eBay, and they
were all grey, except for one black developer's system.
Thanks for any info you can give! >> Stay informed about: Original Playstation in Clear Case? |

Sounds the most likely to me.

Just a replacement case. I had a clear blue one on mine years ago. >> Stay informed about: Original Playstation in Clear Case? |
