The family has set this up because they're afraid that his regular
e-mail address, which he uses for business purposes, might get swamped
with letters of condolence, which means they'll have a much harder time
finding other types of documents they need.

OOTS has had a tendency in the last couple of months to overload whenever a
new strip comes up. I think that 537 is up, and the flood of people seeing
the RSS notification are just jamming the server. It's not strictly to do
with the Gygax tribute strip (which was nicely done).
