I have noticed that a Nintendo DS Lite costs £99 although you can shop
around and get it for £95 and sometimes £90.

However, the old Nintendo DS you can get for £99 or less but with a game
thrown in with it.

How long is the new Nintendo DS likely to stick at the higher price or is it
simply retailers trying to shift their older stock which is why the old DS
bundles are cheaper?

Anyone know if there is likely to be a game bundle with the new DS Lite?

Thanx

AMO

in australia the ds lite is $199, and the original DS is around $179
with mario kart bundled.. there is no choice but the lite, really, as
once you play it you will see how badly lacking the DS was in many respects

here we have a demo version of the brain training game bundled, which is
a complete waste of time.. at least the original DS got the metroid
demo, which might've been worth playing! i wouldn't expect any official
nintendo ds lite game bundles for a while.. from what i can remember the
mario kart bundle hit the shelves here just after they announced the ds
lite.. probably a stock dumping exercise

In COMPARSION, yes. The original screen is fine. But the DS lite
screen is one of the best EVER for a handheld.
