I just recently purchased a Nintendo VS system (the tabletop version)
for my home and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get the
chips for the Vs. system so I could play other games. I've got Super
Mario Bros on one side, but I'm looking for something better than The
Goonies the other side. Any and all suggestions are welcome.

On a related note, any possibility of making a Playchoice 10 chip work
in a Nintendo VS. system? I'd love to get Super Mario Bros 3 going for
Vs, but I don't think I can make it happen. Thanks.

Just burn them if you need them, they all work the same the only thing
that varies is the color rom, there are, I think 5 different ones for
all of the games.... there is a VS/PC10 kit out there somewhere,
google is your friend...

OK, a couple of follow-up questions if you don't mind.

Where would a get a ROM burner and what type/brand should I get?

More importantly, does anyone have a line or a link to a Vs. Playchoice
10 kit? I searched Google and couldn't find one, but I'll keep
looking.

My goal is to get Super Mario 3 playing on one side of my tabletop,
keeping Super Mario on the other side.

Thanks!

You can find the VS. chips on ebay all the time for the different
games. .. They don't cost all that much

If you Google this group and "collecting" you will find all the info you
could possibly want about buying a Rom burner.
