Wanted to write a review on NinjaTrick.
This is a new Social Action-MMO, free to play, PVP, with a bit of costumes and socializing involved. Overall addicting and fun to play since the matches don’t consume a lot of the player’s time.
It’s currently going through its beta testing so many features aren’t available yet, except for its battle system.
Battle System- Players can participate in free-for-all or team battles. They use weapons and ninjutsu (Ninja Skills) to attack each other or to lay traps to delay their opponents for collecting GEMs (goal of the match is to collect 7 of them to win.) Ninja’s have their own elements to select from so weakness and resistance to opponent Ninja’s will vary. It’s pretty simple to play so you don’t have to worry about being a “gamer” to get the hang of the game.
Costume System- (Still undergoing integration) – You can dress up your Ninja however you like, and the costumes give you bonus stats to help you in your matches. Since the game is a Social MMO, there will be locations where players can just hang out and “mingle” with one another.
User Interface- It’s a flash browser program playable on the http://www.NinjaTrick.com website or through your very own Facebook account. Registering won’t be necessary if you link your Facebook Application profile to the game. You can invite your friends to play when you want to kill time. And better yet, all Facebook’s features are available to use while you play. It’s pretty convenient in my personal opinion.
NinjaTrick is 2D graphics, so loading is really quick, doesn’t kill your RAM and the program opens and closes at your convenience. So if you have to run and go somewhere and need to turn of your computer ASAP then just close the window. You may lose a couple of points, but it’s nothing major. Many more features are to be implemented when beta is close to finish.
There's a brief video on gameplay here as well
