My initial problem is that the tinyurl link Engram gave earlier worked for
me this morning but no longer works. I messed up this morning and wanted to
start again. My browser history suggests it took me to
www.ea.com, ( yes,
I am going US rather than UK because I too originally registered with the
main site) ) and then I have a page which Engram says, select Support from
the Welcome left hand drop down menu.
Ok - I don't have a Welcome menu,. but I have a Quick Navigation and can
choose EASupport and do all the login/My account/login again - and when I
finally get in - I don't have My Games.
Then when I check the last registration email, it comes from ea.com but
tells me to look in on the sims uk site. There is a link to click to take
me to My Account for these game details. I follow the lnk and it wanders me
around the uk ea site, again, no Welcome drop down menu abut there are
aassorted possibilities and I try them - but never ever a My Games leading
to a list of those games.
I think my account is messed up somehow.
