I recently moved and bought a new computer. In the move, I somehow
lost my little book for Nightlife that had the registration code on
it. Would anyone mind sending me a code so I can install the game on
my computer? I won't register it (My original one is already
registered). I just want to have my Nightlife on here as well, I miss
it!
I would greatly appreciate it!!! >> Stay informed about: Nightlife registration code |

No - we don't share codes. You'll have to buy the game. Or if you
genuinely did lose your code, go and retrieve it from the EA Games site.
You did register the game when you bought it, didn't you?
Best wishes

If you registered the game, you should be able to get the code you
used from EA/Maxis. >> Stay informed about: Nightlife registration code |

Yes, I registered it when I bought it. How do I retrieve it fromt he
EA Games site? I did not know I could do that!

Well, they said they did, so it should be retrievable. Last time I tried to
check my list I was told I had the wrong user name and password though, and
not because I had changed it but because EA messed around with the log
in.,so maybe they will have trouble. Still they can try, can't they.

mmm - well, it's not like I haven't seen that one a million times before.
Last time I went to EA Games for my codes (when I installed on The
Behemoth), the system was working fine. You do need to remember your
username and password.
Best wishes

I did remember it. Still logs in just fine on the sims site, still logs in
when I register new bits of the game. They changed the system and wanted
something different, and demanded I register because they couldn't find my
account. So tell me why it works to register new EPs! I just registerd a
couple of new Sps on a newly formatted computer into which I had to enter
the (original) login details. It was very confusing, and I haven't tried
again since, maybe it's sorted itself out now. I really must look again.

Thank you EVERYONE! I got the code, so I can install the game
again!! My old computer crashed and I lost ALL the data on it, we had
to reformat it. But I found the code, so now I can install the game
and play to my hearts content! >> Stay informed about: Nightlife registration code |

Try contacting EA Support http://tinyurl.com/6a3hs2
If you search this group in Google Groups (or maybe it was
alt.games.the-sims) you will find a post from either last year or two years
ago by maxon (I think) giving a direct link to the page where you can log in
to find your registration code. I know... I remember that maxon gave the
link 2 years ago but I don't know what it was. I have a good memory but it's
very selective!
In the meantime I'll try to find it as well. Good luck!
Oh, yeah - do you still have your old PC and does it still run? If it does,
search the registry for Nightlife and you may be able to retrieve the code
that way.
Cheers!

Now this is my problem. I get loggined in the first and second time, end up
on a page asking me to choose a persona then log in yet again, never gives
me a link to my games, then the whole site collapses! I'll try again later.

Odd - maybe your registration is borked? Or maybe it's the firewall or
something preventing the cookie being recorded properly?
Best wishes

It did log in ok, so the registration should have been all right - that much
did get sorted out last time - and I have no problem with cookies in
general. I would think either I picked a very bad moment on the site, or my
network connection failed. I got a "page cannot be displayed". Closed IE,
clicked the original link again, the one that worked before - and again
"Page cannot be displayed". So that's why I am trying again later!

I think you're in the wrong area. When you get that initial home page screen
and you click on the Welcome pull-down or on the left hand side menu, go to
Support, not to My Account. I never did the persona thing. I just went to
Support, then to the My Account section on the Customer Support page - NOT
on the EA home page. Once you log in on the Customer Support page, you get
the My Games option and the registration numbers are in there.
Cheers!

I thought that too - I must have done it wrong. That was why, when I got
the first page could no tbe displayed I closed and tried to start again.

I am about to try again.... Nope, I click your link and - "Internet
Explorer cannot display the page". I'll have another go later.
