News on Judges

The Vermont Group judge - USVG - is again online and available for
Vermont Group members. The new email address for the judge is usvg at
domain worldmasters dot net. A member administration page is coming
soon so that members who have valid addresses registered with the judge
can maintain their registration and address information.

USVJ, a variant judge, will be online Monday, Feb 11th. The permanent
address is usvj at domain asciiking dot com. It is accessible for
testing purposes by using the worldmasters dot net domain.

There will be mail server changes for USAK this coming weekend. There
should be no difference for end users except that the first couple
mails may experience delays. The USAK judge will be moved in September
to my local system again (from its temporary host at diplom dot org,
thanks Millis). Service interruption from the move will be negligible.

Other niche judges and Diplomacy servers will be rolled out about once a
month. Plans include a permanent real time (DAIDE protocol) server,
another RT server with a jDip-like interface, a Machiavelli judge and
judges for a couple other special applications.
