Hi...

The documentation for Zangband states that, in character creation,
after I answer the autoroller question, I should get a question about
how many random quests I'd like. Problem is, no such question ever
appears. What am I missing?

I believe that random quests are no longer a part of Zangband. If you
wish them, try to find an older version.

That's possible: what version do you have, solitaireartist?

2.6.2 still has the random quests (my current char is up against seven
shamblers. Gulp.), fwiw.

Hi,

I believe that random quests were dropped in either 2.7.3 or 2.7.4. I
tend to still play them as I normally use 2.7.1.
