Har, I had written a reply already, then noticed it read "attacking
as" not "attacking vs" Zerg

.
Regardless, your question is way, way too general to give a good
answer on - It's akin to asking "How do I win at the game when playing
Zerg". The more specific question you have, the easier it is to give
pinpointed advice.
Build orders are something you do to get the game started _a certain
way_ (hopefully to your liking) as optimally as possible. They're not
'recipies' for winning the game - Think of them like chess openings
instead.
They are also highly dependant on what your enemy does - Eg, if you
see your enemy fast expanding, you'd probably want to double expand
yourself insted of going basic 12-hatch 2base tech, for example.
Anyway, you should probably look up at least the basic ones, but don't
expect them to win you any games. They're just starting points.
If you just want to win by just unit spam, there's only one way to do
it: Out-macro your enemy (expand more than him, have better unit
production infrastructure than him, produce more units than him).
Good macro with Zerg is generally easier than with Toss or Terran, but
is also pretty much a requirement to win games - generally, Equal base
Zerg is a dead Zerg, so always keep ahead of your enemy.
So, expand more, build more, flood enemy with units while expanding
even more, win the game. The tricky part is how to do it. Zerg
generally dominate early game and use that dominance to give them a
headstart - well handled Lurker contain or Muta harass is pretty
efficient at keeping the enemy at home as long as humanely possible,
and will win you the game if you can keep going at it for long enough.
But that's the tricky part - "long enough".
The most critical time period usually comes in mid-game when Toss has
gained sufficient tech (Obs/Templar/+1 speedlots) and Terran
sufficient M&M mass to attempt to break out of your starving circle,
and later starting to raze down all your newly set-up expansions.
As for advice for this, there's not much else other than "do your
best", for a solid answer would essentially be an answer to "How do I
win in SC with Zerg all the time".
Late mid-game is usually the weakest part in Zerg dominance,
recouperated when hive tech starts rolling around (assuming you're
alive with an economy to actually back said tech).
