Okay, here's my list. The idea is basically to try and strip their hand
a little with the Blizzard Specters before going in with a Torment and
copying it with Uyo.

Creatures
3 Blizzard Specter
4 Jushi Apprentice
3 Uyo, Silent Prophet

Spells
3 Decree of Pain
4 Last Gasp
4 Miscalculation
3 Neverending Torment
4 Remand

Enchantments
4 Paradox Haze

Artifacts
4 Dimir Signet

Lands
4 Bad River
3 Desert
2 Dreadship Reef
4 Frost Marsh
3 Island
3 Spawning Pool
4 Swamp
1 Urza's Factory

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The Uyo - Torment combo is very good. You should however not use
Paradox Haze in this deck. It's just overkill. If you played Torment,
you should be able to win without Paradox Haze and if you don't draw
the Torment, Paradox Haze is a useless card. I think you're better off
with an extra Uyo, an extra Blizzard Specter and some extra counters.
Also, the black Honden would be good, as it gives you some more early
threats.

Since your key cards cost 6 mana each, you should really look into your
mana. You only have 4 signets for mana acceleration. You could use
Dimir Aquaduct instead of the Bad River.

I like the addition of Spawning Pool. It gives you a defender as well
as a land. Desert is decent too, as it keeps the weenies at bay
(somewhat).
