Yup. My usual MO is to get the crystal quest, the cargo and flayer quests,
the booterang and either the skinning or herbalist quest, depending on
which I've got the most of already. First I do booterang, picking pollen
as I go, and sometimes gettting crystals from the netherrays I have to kill
to get to the node. Once I'm done with the peons, I head into the mine,
down the track and into the flayer area, killing sludge and picking up
carts as I go. Then I work my way back towards the front, killing flayers
and ravagers and picking up cargo. If I get to the front and still need
crystals or cargo, I drop down to the floor and kill sludge and boosters
until I'm flush.
I've been exalted for some time with Netherwing, so I'm just here for the
money. At this point, it's the optional leg of my cash grinding tour:
Every Day - in more or less this order
---------
Shattrath City Circuit (77g26s + 2xSSO Supplies + 15xApexis Shards +
1xCrate of Meat + 1xBag of Fishing Treasures)
----------------------
Sunfury Attack Plans
Maintaining the Sunwell Portal
Ogri'la Bombing
Fires over Skettis
The Multiphase Survey
Gaining the Advantage (I get these by farming Clefthoof in Nagrand)
Daily Cooking - slot into the above sequence where appropriate
Daily Fishing - slot into the above sequence where appropriate
Isle of Quel'Danas Circuit (19g2s)
--------------------------
The Battle Must Go On
The Air Strikes Must Continue
When I Feel Like It
-------------------
Outlands (40g29s + 2xSSO Supplies + 5 signets/marks)
--------
Discovering Your Roots
Blood For Blood
Blast The Gateway
Sekttis Escort (If I stumble on him)
Netherwing Ledge (66g24s)
----------------
The Booterang: A Cure For The Common Worthless Peon
Netherdust Pollen / Nethermine Flayer Hide
Netherwing Crystals
Picking Up The Pieces
Dragons Are The Least of Our Problems
In the end, if I do the whole mess, I end up with 202g81s, plus at least 4
green drops for disenchanting, like as not a few more during the whole
thing, a handful of sunfury signets, some clefthoof leather (sells for 90g
a stack on my server), useful meat and fish, and anywhere from 8-15g in
vendor trash. And if I'm *really* lucky, a couple of Badges of Justice.
At this point, anyone at level 70 who complains they can't make gold isn't
trying hard enough. (Note that there's still room to squeeze six more
quests in this circuit, if you're inclined. I personally think I could go
the rest of my life without playing Simon in Ogri'la, but hey, knock
yourself out.

(Some of the Quel'Danas quests are pretty easy and would
supplement that leg nicely, but I got really burned out on them when I was
doing them all to try and get the various events to open up. I may yet add
them back in.)
