I found the lucky coin in Leldons place and I have Neeshka in my party
(equipped it on her) but the Journal didn't update. What am I supposed to
do now?

True...I went through the early campaign twice in order to change classes, and the 2nd time, the wheat field battle, where the dwarves come rushing over the hill, never triggered. I could go over the hill and the dwarves would just look at me, but wouldn't attack, and I couldn't attack them (we were just mutally neutral). In fact, I believe they were just off the map. There turned out to be no way out (to start the required battle) except by restarting my last save. No one would talk to me. I was definitely stuck in programmatic limbo. The 3rd time, the event did trigger properly and the war began as expected.
