Sony and game publisher Namco Bandai are planning to form a new company to
create games for the PlayStation 3, as well as software for personal
computers.

The new venture will be named Cellius Inc., which implies the company's
objective to make use of the Cell Boradband Engine for entertainment content
development.

According to reports from Japan, the partnership was designed to not only
