What is a good char. type to use for the module included with the
game? I do not want to pick one that can not make it through the
module, eg. shades of NWN!

Also, D&D allows a cleric to cast healing spells even if he has not
memorized them. I started NWN2 and I can not see how to match this
feature. It did not in NWN1.

When you bring up your spell book, on one end of the top row is a
button called "Spontaeous Conversion" - click that and it changes all
your spells to healing spells of the appropriate level. Click it again
to restore them to the previous spell type.

Err.... that should have been "spontaneous" and if you have a druid
character the same button converts all the memorised spells to
summoning spells.

What kind of character class couldn't make it through NWN? Just
curious - it looked like they had goodies for all classes.

With NWN2, you have full control over each of the henchmen, and there
are a variety of classes available (they're often forced on you, being
- theoretically - necessary to various parts of the plot). Only thing
you can't control on level up is the class they level in.
