NWN2: Mask of the Betrayer problems

I've been looking around & seems there are lots of problems with the "Mask
of the Betrayer"
NWN2 expansion not working proper in many installs.
A quote from a net someplace ;
"Apparently if you've updated your base NWN2 install to the latest
version(1.10) before installing MotB, the descriptions/text/voices wont
work. To make it work properly, uninstall the game, then reinstall NWN2
base, but uncheck the "Check for Updates" box. Then install the expansion,
and you should be good to go.............Some people are saying you have to
update to 1.06 before installing MotB. "

Oh ! also I find this ;
Quote "Check the forums at nwn.bioware.com, click on forums, nwn2, mask of
the betrayer. They are aware of the missng text / dialogue / etc and have
released a hotfix. patch to 1.10 and apply the hotfix which is stickied
there on the forums."
