NWN2: My Druid can't cast!?

I'm playing a multi-class fighter/druid (Yeah, I know but I thought
I'd try something different), but at level three I still can't memorize
or cast any spells. Is a druid dependent on intellect or wisdom for
casting (both mine are pretty low)?

Also, I've heard there are ways to purchase character related points
but I have found no way to do so. Is this an online-only thing?

Druids are wisdom based and your wisdom must be at least 10 + the
level of the spell you are trying to cast. So for a 3rd level spell
you need at least a 13 wisdom and you need at least a 10 wisdom to
cast any spells at all. Also, druids are restricted to what weapons
and armor they can use and be able to cast and that won't go away.

Frankly, a Druid/Fighter is a poor combination.
