NWN2 Character Not Following?

In NWN2 from time to time 1 or more characters will just stand still and
not follow me. They appear on any map I travel to but, not move after
that. They are not in Puppt Mode and I can still make go where I want
but, they don't follow. If I go back to the Tavern in NW and change the
party around putting them out of the party then back in they will follow
again.

Never one seen this BUG or know how to fix it?

The AI is pretty horrible at times.... even set to puppet mode it'll
still do things you've set to "off" on the behaviour tab.

You can order them to follow you by right click on their character
portrait and select that option - it may be that you order him/her to
remain where they were at one point and the AI is a little slow to
realise you've given more orders since then. :/

Or try altering the follow distance on the behaviour tab... if the
character is set to far it sometimes takes a while for the AI to make
him follow.
